I'm above all a global citizen, polyglot and passionate about the world and its different cultures.
I'm happened to be talented enough to attend the school of architecture where I trained as a practitioner. Later my mentors pushed me into the research track, from where I came back into practice after years of successful academic results.
Today, I'm obsessed with responsibility in a broader sense. That obsession has lead to questions like how to age in place, how to provide affordable architectural solutions, how to speak an architectural language that will last, what is my responsibility towards the environment, what is an architecture made by a woman but used by a multiplicity of genders, ages and political ideas?
MiniDwell was born of that obsession. Mini, because small steps can change the world. Dwell because we architects build shelters, lives' frameworks, abodes for the soul; but also to dwell something means "to talk about it for a long time." Please join me for that conversation.
Our mission is to increase female representation in the construction industry. We believe in women's dedication to detail and perfection.
Our goal is to be part of the change in construction 's foot print reduction. Pre-fab and modular construction helps to reduce waste and construction time, and increases quality.
Our promise is to build a low cost quality abode that can last for many years..
